Designed for a genuine, grounded experience as you develop your practice and relationship with Reiki–whether professionally or personally.
Small group classes ensure every student receives the support they need.
Opportunity to ask questions, discuss the theory, and practice techniques is given, as you learn to discern what is right for you.
Continued support beyond the class is offered by your teacher with free monthly Reiki shares, where you can practice with others, meditate, ask questions, and be in community together.
Who can learn
Reiki is beneficial for all ages, genders, and walks of life. Learning level one introduces you to resources and practices for

All you need is a willingness to learn and being open to the possibilities of how Reiki can support you in your life.
Reiki is simple in its approach and accessible to learn. However, don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s superficial.

Level 1
Learn the foundations of energy healing for your wellbeing. Level one attunement to Reiki allows you to channel Reiki for yourself and loved ones.

*Please note that this space is pet friendly! The cats/dogs are kept separate while teaching is commencing, but if you have allergies, it is something to keep in mind. An air purifier is on 24/7 in the community space, but a cat does live down there full time.

My classes are designed to provide an exceptional experience, and I want to make sure you have knowledge of the foundational skills I teach in level one before continuing on to level two or three.
Once a month I host in-person and virtual Reiki shares, where fellow students gather to meditate, share Reiki, and discuss their experiences.
All levels are welcome! Minimum of Reiki Level One is mandatory.
Light snacks, tea, and coffee are provided for in-person gatherings.
