Small group classes ensure every student receives the support they need.
Opportunity to ask questions, discuss the theory, and practice techniques is given, as you learn to discern what is right for you.
Continued support beyond the class is offered by your teacher with free monthly Reiki shares, where you can practice with others, meditate, ask questions, and be in community together.
Who can learn
Reiki is beneficial for all ages, genders, and walks of life. Learning level one introduces you to resources and practices for

All you need is a willingness to learn and being open to the possibilities of how Reiki can support you in your life.
Reiki is simple in its approach and accessible to learn. However, donβt let that fool you into thinking itβs superficial.
Reiki allows practitioners to go deep in their self-discovery, explore the nuance of subtle energy, enhance meditation, and expand awareness around the mysteries of life.

Level 1
Learn the basics of practicing Reiki, a Japanese relaxation & energy healing technique! Perfect for beginners.Β
*No prior experience necessary.
Level 2
Expand your foundational practices from level one. Attunement to 3 symbols expands your practice and allows you to facilitate sessions with others.
*Prerequisite is level one.
Level 3
Master level certification. Deepen your personal and professional practice with new meditations and techniques.Β
*Prerequisite is level one and two.

FAQ
Choose the date that works best for you on the online booking site to sign-up for your class. Your card will not be charged until your preferred payment method has been confirmed.
A personal email will be sent to you after booking with more class info, what to expect/bring, and to confirm payment method.
*Please note that this space is pet friendly! The cats/dogs are kept separate while teaching is commencing, but if you have allergies, it is something to keep in mind.

Payment in full is required before attending.
No refunds are available once you have completed the class.
You must attend the class fully to be certified.
If you are unable to attend the class due to a sudden unforeseen circumstance, a partial refund can be made (excluding a class deposit of $50), or you may apply the payment to a future class.
Full and partial scholarships are available.

My classes are designed to provide an exceptional experience, and I want to make sure you have knowledge of the foundational skills I teach in level one before continuing on to level two or three.
Once a month I host in-person Reiki shares, where students of myself or Krystle Ash (Golden Lotus Center) gather together to meditate, give & recieve Reiki mini-sessions, and discuss their experiences.
All levels are welcome! Minimum of Reiki Level One is mandatory.
Light snacks, tea, and coffee are provided.
